We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit (at 80% and 95%). You can upgrade to the next plan at any time with one click. We won't cut off your existing customers or stop them collecting stamps — we'll just pause new customer signups until you upgrade.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No. All plans are month-to-month (or year-to-year if you choose annual billing for the 20% discount). Cancel anytime with no penalties.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer.
Monthly plans: No refund for partial months, but you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans: Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, you keep access for the remainder of your annual period.
Stamp Me starts at £25/month with no free tier (only a 30-day trial). Lokaly starts at £0/month with a genuine free plan for up to 50 customers. Our Growth plan at £10/month gives you features comparable to Stamp Me's entry plan at less than half the price.
