St Luke’s Service – Drug and Alcohol Help *Booking Only

Are you worried about your alcohol or drug use?
We provide support, advice and information to people in Barking and Dagenham who are having problems with drinking or drugs. Whatever your concerns, you’ll be listened to and we will tailor the support you get to help you reach your goals and create a happier, healthier life.
Foundations of Change:
Topics discussed will prepare you for changing the way you live your life and how you create distance between the old and the new.
Foundations of Growth:
The Growth group builds on knowledge that you could have from life experience and provides tools on how to make positive changes.
Foundations of Life:
It is made up of a range of ongoing groups and topics designed to enhance ongoing life in recovery.
SMART Recover:
SMART recovery is an ongoing support group consisting of one-hour weekly sessions. This group supports people at any stage of their treatment journey and provides information and tools on how to make positive changes with their drug/alcohol of choice.
These group take place in Barking Learning Centre and is by invite only. If you’re interested in joining, please speak to your recovery coordinator.
