The West Ham United Foundation are holding free football sessions for children and young people with SEND on Saturdays. Using the reach and appeal of the Premier League and football they engage children and young people of all backgrounds and abilities in football, sport and personal development opportunities.
This activity is for children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18 (or those aged 19 to 25-years in structured volunteering) at hub and satellite venues .

The Children & Young People Disability Hub is fully open and operating daily. The CYPD Hub is wheelchair accessible, with a fully adapted shower/hygiene room, working hoists, sensory room (bookable), play areas and accessible kitchen. Throughout the year there are a range of different programmes to meet the needs of our children/young people with disabilities.

The Children & Young People Disability Hub provides services for families with children and young people aged 0 to 17 years (up to their 18th birthday) with a disability or additional needs.
We provide information and advice on a wide range of issues affecting families through delivery of both our universal and targeted early help offer. For more information on our early help offer, please refer to the links below.
We also support families to access specialist training aimed at increasing confidence and awareness in caring for a child with an additional need.
