What does it cost to join in? Nothing – it’s free! but please register https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/?eventName=barking before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don’t forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder http://www.parkrun.com/runner/getbarcodelink ). How fast do I have to be? We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

We’re friendly! Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at the Big Friendly Coffee Cafe near the finish line in Barking Park. They offer a 20 per cent discount for those participating in parkrun if you show your barcode when ordering – please come and join us.
